| Our nonprofit combats health disparities, promotes healthy lifestyles, and provides essential medical treatment to individuals in need. A well-functioning nonprofit has a mission statement that concisely describes its objectives and justifications.provide products, resources, and services to meet the needs of the community, including food, shelter, health care, and education. We can also push for changes in policy to address the underlying causes of the issues they are trying to resolve.can offer cultural experiences, like visiting museums, that are important to society; they can encourage civic involvement and leadership; organizations can fortify community bonds. |

| I am a native of Haiti who immigrated to the United States with her family. My hometowns in Haiti are hubs of unorganized business activity, with food stands, street markets, and small workshops creating thousands of jobs every day. I wanted to bring the hospitality of Haiti into our organization by seeing how people greet visitors and go above and beyond to help strangers find their way to a place to stay or anything else they might need. I’m quite proud of my heritage and culture. |

| With its victorious slave revolution and independence as the first Black nation, Haiti altered the trajectory of world history in 1804.Haitians are driven and enterprising. I’m motivated to put my all into anything I do. I apply the warmth, friendliness, kindness, humor, and resiliency of Haitian culture to my nonprofit. |
