Describe your business, nonprofit or project, and the products and/or services you offer?
Little Bride Book Limited is home to the LBBL Family- a group of wedding and event vendors who call Trinidad and Tobago their home. It’s a free service to all listed, an open book for all the world to enjoy and the space where vendors and brides become family! We began operations in August 2019 and the journey continues.

Apart from our free vendor listing, we offer two special services. LBBL Rentals provides curated pieces for decorators & DIYers in Trinidad & Tobago. We specialise in rentals for intimate events. Bridal Therapy by Little Bride Book is an online service that offers individual counselling for women & brides to be, with a strong focus on anxiety, stress & conflict management.
Are you Caribbean or African, or of Caribbean or African descent? If you are, please tell us details.
I am a Caribbean national of African descent. Born in Tobago; raised in Trinidad.
Do you think your Caribbean or African upbringing/heritage has impacted your work? If so, please explain how.
One of our major goals when creating Little Bride Book Limited was to put Trinidad and Tobago on the map as a leading location for Caribbean destination weddings. Our site data shows that we have the attention of persons from all over the world. It is the first hand understanding of how beautiful Caribbean life is that pushes us to work to encourage persons to consider spending the first day of their married life on our shores. We hope to expand our services to the rest of the Caribbean in the future.
How does your work positively impact culture + community?
1. Little Bride Book maintains a quiet focus on the Trini/Caribbean woman. Our services are tailored to assist her in the journey from being a single woman to a wife. Every year, in the month of November, we celebrate a Little Bride Book creation- Natural Hair Bride Month. It’s our own way of encouraging brides with kinks, curls and coils to wear their hair proudly and unapologetically on one of their best days of their lives. The feature is a favourite among our visitors.

2. Our free vendor listing provides a platform for event vendors (regardless of their experience level) to be seen without the financial responsibility (or burden) of a listing fee. Visitors get what they need in one place to plan an epic event and vendors get a space to display their skill.
