| “The DynaSmiles by DNT” is the refreshingly delightful art brand by illustrator, Daveia Odoi. Since 2009, this brand has joyfully celebrated the style & beauty of Black women (and their loved ones) on high quality paper goods, apparel and specialty gifts. |

| Yes, my Caribbean heritage has significantly influenced my work as an artist. Growing up in Jamaican culture, I was immersed in a world rich with vibrant colors, lively music, and warm, inviting art. This upbringing is directly reflected in my work, which is characterized by its brightness and upbeat nature, much like the sun-drenched atmosphere of Jamaica. |

| My work positively impacts culture and community by showcasing Black culture in a positive and empowering light. Through my art, I aim to break the negative stereotypes perpetuated by society and instead celebrate the beauty, strength, and diversity of Black culture. By creating vibrant, joyful, and relatable illustrations, I provide a source of inspiration and pride for the community, fostering a greater sense of identity and belonging. |

Believe in yourself, stay true to your vision, and don’t be afraid to shine brightly.
