We provide a community, tools and resources tailored to help early/mid career immigrant professionals advance in their career.

Yes, I was born and raised in Nigeria, West Africa. I am a naturalized US citizen.
Do you think your Caribbean or African upbringing/heritage has impacted your work? If so, please explain how.
Absolutely. Being raised in Nigeria has shaped my culture and work ethic. It’s also created invisible barriers that I had to navigate. My goal is to support other immigrant professionals in advancing in corporate America by leveraging those cultural lenses.
How does your work positively impact culture + community?
It encourages and empowers Immigrants to show up authentically at work and find belonging and success.
What message of hope or inspiration would you like to share with other women in our community who are also pursuing their dreams?
