| At Allishaz Distractions LLC, we provide motivational speaking and coaching services that aim to help couples eliminate distractions in their relationships. Our goal is to assist couples in building healthier and stronger partnerships and marriages. Through our programs and sessions, we offer practical strategies and guidance to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster deeper connections between partners. We believe that by addressing and overcoming distractions, couples can create long-lasting and fulfilling relationships. |

| At Allishaz Distractions LLC, our business caters to a diverse range of customers, including couples in both straight and LGBTQ relationships who are seeking to enhance their relationships and marriages. We specifically cater to couples who are just starting their journey together, providing them with the necessary tools to navigate potential toxicity and conflict that may arise in their relationship. Additionally, we work with couples who want to improve their co-parenting skills and achieve better work-life balance within their relationships. What sets our business apart is our unique approach in addressing distractions and empowering couples to recognize their own behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. Through our programs and coaching sessions, we guide couples in developing essential skills to foster better communication, resolve conflicts effectively, and create deeper connections with their partners. By equipping couples with these valuable insights, we believe they can proactively build healthier relationships and marriages that thrive in the long run. |

| Never allow anyone to make or encourage you to believe that you are unable and uncapable in achieving anything you set your mind to accomplishing. Seen as a lesbian woman of color who grew up in the heart of North Philadelphia alongside West Oak lane in Philadelphia, I was expected to not be successful let alone own, operate, and successfully run my own business. Being able to change my mindset and keep my own self-esteem high along with the encouragement of my parents, I set goals, remained consistent, ensured I was dedicated, and put in the effort to not only prove those wrong but to prove to myself that I don’t have to settle on what other believe for me or what society offers when it comes to low paying jobs that keep a certain social class in poverty. |
