| Yes, I am Caribbean. I was born in Jamaica and lived there until the age of 3, after which I moved to New York. Since 2017, I have been residing in Atlanta. I am married to my childhood friend, and we have a 2-year-old daughter. |

| My Caribbean upbringing has deeply influenced my work ethic and approach to business. Growing up, I watched my parents, both Caribbean, work very hard to make an honest living. This instilled in me the values of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic. These experiences drive me to work hard not only for my own success but also to relieve them and honor their sacrifices. At REAI, we strive to create an empowering environment for CEOs to thrive and lead with clarity and purpose, embodying these values in everything we do. |
