Her Caribbean roots are a fundamental part of her approach to leadership and business. “I was born in Jamaica and lived there until the age of 3, after which I moved to New York. Since 2017, I have been residing in Atlanta,” Marie shares. Raised by parents who immigrated from the Caribbean, Marie learned the importance of hard work, resilience, and lifting others up. These values shaped her belief in the power of community and service, which she integrates into her work today.

“Growing up, I watched my parents create opportunities for our family through their dedication,” Marie shares. “Their resilience has shaped how I approach my work and how I support others in their journey.”
